Privacy

afdp is a small service in an invite-only beta, run by hi@nkh.do. This is what it keeps and where.

What is stored

• Your email address, your plan, and when you signed in.
• Your workspaces: the tables in them, every change your agents and you made, which apps you connected, and when.
• How many changes your agents made this month, to apply the plan's limits.

There are no analytics, trackers or advertising. Email is used only to send sign-in links and notices about your account.

Where

On one server in Singapore. During the beta, workspaces are not backed up: if the server's disk fails, they are lost. Download a copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

Your agents

afdp sends your tables only to the apps (Claude, ChatGPT and others) you connect, and only what each is allowed to read. What those apps do with it is up to them and you.

History

Old values in your change history are erased after your plan's history window. Who changed what, and when, is kept.

Leaving

Download any workspace from your account page at any time: it is a single file that the free, self-hosted afdp opens. Deleting a workspace, or your account, removes it from the service at once, and its files for good after 7 days.
